Do NOT rent from this place. Constant electrical issues, animals in walls that make noise all the time. Maintance never notifies you of coming into the property. Gas and water problems and they offer no discount or relief during that time. Went 5 days with no water or gas and they didnt care. Moved into the place with old, smelly carpet, chipping/gouged paint (said theyd take care of before i moved in) and never did. Also had disgusting cupboards.
