Spoke with the builder. Great guy. Homes have awesome layouts.
Incompetent sales representatives. Delayed construction. Poor follow up. Allowed me to write a contract in a lot that the floor plan wouldn’t fit on. Bait and switch master shower. Had to select finishes 3 times.
