I have been very pleased with the medical attention, therapy and nursing staff. The care and dietician has been awesome. Nurisng staff has been attentive. They continously check on me and make sure my needs are met. I would recommend this facility to meet Therapy and nursing needs. One nurse I had was just as sweet as she could be when I was so sick, she made me feel so cared for. Transition from hospital to Southwood went well, admissions with Savannah went great. My wife was recently in Southwood and we were very pleased with her care. The staff were very friendly and supportive.
A friend of mine was at Southwood for rehab after a brief hospital stay. The patient care staff and the administrative team are excellent at listening to your requests and responding to them in a timely manner. They exhibit a positive and friendly attitude whenever I had a question or request and I was always greeted with a smile. Our brother has been at Southwood in Clinton NC. since October of 2024. Nursing staff are kind and considerate and attend to their patients in mostly timely fashion. Dennis has a really special side ( Cristina) who provides excellent care and has a lot of concern for Dennis as well Asher other patients. She is an asset to this nursing home. Thank you all for all you do.
