My sistetr has been at this facility for six months. Her care there has been abysmal. Her bathroom isn't cleaned regularly. She sits in a wheelchair all day with no exercise. She " diagnosed CHF but hasn't gotten a treatment plan The nursing home wants to put her in a hospice without seeing a cardiologist.

Wasn't pleased the whole time my Mother was there after her stroke. 2024. They didn't try to teach her how to feed her self again. They left her food in front of her and left out. And each one would come and not change her bed linens. Before they gave her her a room the house keeper just fit the bed up like they clean the entire room until I pull back the covers and saw blonde hair and skin scales underneath the sheets. YES I made them to redo that room before she entered In.
