It's ridiculous that just because I'm not an established patient and my dog who was attacked by another dog has to suffer because that's not his regular vet and can't be seen after hours. How can you call yourself a dog lover when you won't help just because you have never seen him in your office. That is just rude and unprofessional. Will never take my pet there!
A 5 STAR++++ RATING...I HAVE 5 DOGS AND WOULD NOT TAKE THEM TO ANY OTHER CLINIC, UNLESS IN AN EMERGENCY AND I COULD NOT GET SOUTHWOOD...
If I'm ever in town again, I will most definitely take my fur baby to this clinic. I will never forget the love and care Anchor and I received, as we evacuated from Beaumont due to Hurricane Harvey. Thanks so much!
Awesome Doctors and awesome staff. We have been using them for years. They are extremely caring and compassionate.
Can't say enough wonderful words about this clinic. Every employee was so empathetic with us as we dealt with such a tough decision with our elderly Chihuahua. They truly respected us and our canine family member.
Coda got a great bath and Dr. A knew just what to do to help him get better...plus I learned Dr. A does carpentry work...the staff was very helpful, also.
