Top pool isn't open yet and we pay for this amenity. Management doesn't know what they are doing because they are able to live here for a reduced price. The "custom" molding is literally taped together in our unit with packing tape. Scratches, and paint splatters all over the floors, fridge, and door knobs. They removed all the trees and bushes and the haven't done anything to replace them. It know looks like crap when you walk outside. This place charges way more than they are worth. I lived in a one bedroom townhome there. I paid almost $1000 for this puny one bedroom and it was sooo not worth it! It was probably nice and luxury when it was built but when I asked for maintenance they never came even when it was a clogged up toilet, they wouldn't come for weeks!! The only thing nice about the place was the washer and dryer in unit but still, it was not worth $1000 a month!
Haven't had any issues with anything. The Management is pretty awesome and always fix apartment issues right away.
This place is disgusting... Dogs running around unleashed, dog poop all over the grass, dirty units, loud tenants, and staff is unbelievably bad. I have told so many people this.... DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF MOVING HERE! There are so many better places to rent in the south metro... Even within a few miles of here
