Do not rent from this place Theresa is very rude and unprofessional. When I originally applied on April 10 I was informed an apartment would be available by April 15 from Linda. I submitted all fees and deposits I get notified on my move in date that the apartment was no longer available. Theresa was rude and unprofessional so I asked for a refund I paid via their portal. I lived at Southwind for 2 years. Quite honestly I really enjoyed it. Management was fine and I never had any serious issues that wasn't dealt with in a somewhat timely manner. Recently a new company purchased the complex and brought in a new management team. This team was on point. The ladies in the office Mrs Teresa and Mrs Linda were absolutely stellar. The positive energy radiates from them. They were very helpful in assisting me in my exit from the property and into my new home. Thank you so very much.

Roach-Infested Nightmare If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience was absolutely awful. When we moved in, the place was filthy--dust, grime, and worst of all, ROACHES everywhere! They were in the oven, crawling out of cabinets, and even falling from the ceiling. It was disgusting. We reported the infestation immediately, and for over a year and a half, pest control came every couple of months, but nothing actually solved the problem. We were promised several units then encouraged to pay the application fee and background check, only to get accepted. That's when the tone from Debbie changed. She became combatant and full of excuses over the phone, they pulled the unit from the market and informed us there was no timeline for us to move in and no unit coming available. This is a questionable practice at best. No refunds Honestly I'm happier to find out they are deceptive right away before we ever signed a lease.
