I loved living there. The best apartment comped in rogers and the managers were great. I wish I didn't have to leave for personal reasons but the 3 years that I lived there were great. Would highly recommend it.
I love to live here. It is a nice quite place always clean and we love the management and maintenance staff is the best. my wife and I are senior citizens and every one here treats us with the greatest respect.
Southwind is very peaceful I love my apartment how spacious. The maintenance guys take care of everythng I need even a light bulb if that's what my apartment needs. Kids seem very happy always playing in the playground and now that is summer they have a blast in the pool. A great place to live with your family. Nothing like it used to be. You would enjoy the environment if you was to live here.

Good pricing for the size of the apartments. Major downside is lack of washe and dryer provided, although they do have some in the office that can be used 8-3 mon-friday. Very nice maintenance guys helped me when my washer flooded the apartment. Many kids that run around, but all have seemed well behaved.
This is a nice place, you need to come and see it. I am a happy resident.
