Verified Renter My wife and I love our apartment! I like the amount of trees nearby and the shade, it's cozy. The neighbors seem really nice here. They really care and want to help each other. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Verified Renter It's not a bad place to live very quiet and friendly...the new owners have started renovations and things are slowly starting to come together and look very nice we could definitely use a kid's playground here and and update on appliances inside ALL apartments

Verified Renter I have had maintenance take my water sprayer in the kitchen when they replaced the aerators. I called the office to ask for it to be returned or replaced. This still has not happened and I have not received any callbacks regarding this. We cant open the windows in our apartment because the screen doesn't fit, we get wasps and spiders all year round crawling through our window seals due to this. Not a good experience.
