Verified Renter It’s been great nice people great upgrades to the area and buildings with the new grill and dog park makes it very nice to see and do. It is nice neighbors and staff

Verified Renter It's not a bad place to live very quiet and friendly...the new owners have started renovations and things are slowly starting to come together and look very nice we could definitely use a kid's playground here and and update on appliances inside ALL apartments

Verified Renter It's a decent community. A lot of upgrades are going on. I've been here for 4 months and I haven't had any major issues. I would recommend living here.

Verified Renter I have had maintenance take my water sprayer in the kitchen when they replaced the aerators. I called the office to ask for it to be returned or replaced. This still has not happened and I have not received any callbacks regarding this. We cant open the windows in our apartment because the screen doesn't fit, we get wasps and spiders all year round crawling through our window seals due to this. Not a good experience.
