Verified Renter It's not a bad place to live very quiet and friendly...the new owners have started renovations and things are slowly starting to come together and look very nice we could definitely use a kid's playground here and and update on appliances inside ALL apartments

Verified Renter It's a decent community. A lot of upgrades are going on. I've been here for 4 months and I haven't had any major issues. I would recommend living here.

Verified Renter I have had maintenance take my water sprayer in the kitchen when they replaced the aerators. I called the office to ask for it to be returned or replaced. This still has not happened and I have not received any callbacks regarding this. We cant open the windows in our apartment because the screen doesn't fit, we get wasps and spiders all year round crawling through our window seals due to this. Not a good experience.

ok I lived here for 5 years. there can be rude people. Washing/Drying facilities break a lot. But maintenance is great. They are very friendly. Most of my neighbors are great.
Not bad. I lived here in a 2 bedroom while in college. The apartment itself is very large with a walk-in closet in the master and a dishwasher in the kitchen. My rent was very reasonable and included a 5 day grace period which was nice also. I would get compliments on the apartment all of the time. A construction company owns these and were always around maintaining the landscaping and doing repairs. The only reason I wouldn't give a 5 star rating is because it was unsafe at times. southwind nice older buildings taken care of a place to call home. good neighbors. rent in price well. we have been here for 5 years and look forward to many to come. the location is near almost everything you could possible need.
