Made an appointment and they called me back to change it to the following week. Terrible customer service. Don't go to these unprofessional jerks.
Overall, ran by ignorant people, who knows their ignorant motives. I asked the lady who examined my eyes before the actual optometrist examined me, to just address me by my first name instead of sir after every sentence. She called me by first name maybe once, and than continued on with sir for the entire duration of my time spent with her. This was rather annoying and lacked disregard for how I liked to be spoken to, but she insisted with sir which is strange. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Our visit was and is always good, we see Dr. Ropper he explains everything well.
Great eye care center. Doctors are outstanding and do a great job!
