Good customer service. I am satisfied of how everything was explained ro me regarding my eye exam. Everybody were so nice.

They waited on me right away, everyone was very friendly
Where do I begin? One of the optometrists was super condescending to me, as he actively dumbed down his vocabulary because he incorrectly/rudely assumed I had cognitive issues. I was also incorrectly told that my new prescription would ameliorate my astigmatism issues, but that was a bold lie. And finally, I was incorrectly told that I was booking an appointment with an on-site ophthalmologist, but after a few visits, he admitted that he was just an optometrist, wasting valuable time and money on what was a severe, time-sens... read more
