I have been with Dr.Singh for 10 years. He removed my cataract's and has treated me for my dry eyes. I feel like I get the kind of treatment Dr. Singh would give his parents. He is a kind and thorough Dr. and willing to spend time with you to explain procedures. I have referred Dr. Singh to several of my friends.
They gave me an 8am appointment. Most appts they want you there a little early for checking in. NOT THIS PLACE. I got there 15 min. early. Door was locked. Then a lady came and said they are not open until 8:00. So I guess I was suppose to wait outside until 8:00? She told me I could wait in my car. WTF why not let me sit inside? If this is your practice then don't make appts at 8:00. Make them at 8:15. Needless to say that pissed me off so I went to my car alright and left. I'll go somewhere else for my eye surgery. Two years of careless Doctors that almost stole my vision because of the lack of care an and interest. Save your eyes and move on there are Doctors in Arizona who really take a interest and It is not all based on pushing patients through for a DOLLAR
I had laser surgery on both eyes. The doctor (Funke) was fine. However... I understand that dealing with the pandemic has resulted in significant disruption of normal practices and to some disorganization, but much of my experience has been unreasonable and ridiculous! 1. For my FIRST laser procedure, staff had not forwarded my post surgery prescription to my pharmacy. NONE of the telephone numbers I had been given for post-surgery assistance were answered, including the EMERGENCY number. As a result, I had no pain relief ... read more
informative and adept They are very courteous and kind. They treated me with respect. They informed me on all the procedures and what I could expect. I’m having my right eye cataract taken cared of here. Thanks so much SWEC. It’s great to see clearly again.
The Best! The staff was very nice as well as the rest of the staff. I think Sara needs a day off on Valentines Day. SWEC is highly recommended!
Surgery went really slick. The staff was very friendly. I’ll do it again at SWEye whenever I need treatments or checkups.
