I bought a car here that was no good. After 2 months of havibg the car my transmission went out completely. Come to find out, the rack and pinion needed to be replaced as well. Rhe dealers are sneaky caniving and they are liers. None of their cars are legit. Never trust Southwestern auto brokers in national city. They will take all of your hard earned money with no remorse. The banks they deal with are crooked as well.

After I didn't want the vehicle because there were standard things that came with the vehicle that were missing when my mother & I test drove the Jeep. I should have known then, nothing worked or was where it was supposed to be in or on the Jeep. My mother goes to get the Jeep smog-ed for the registration & what do ya know, the fool's took the catalytic converter off and replaced it with some welded part (unknown). Ok , so this is the biggest joke ever.. We got ripped off and now have to file lawsuit and DMV investigation. Carlos , who is listed above giving a great review was actually the sales person who ripped us off. He sold a car from one military person to my son in law without running it through the dealer. My son in law still doesnt have proof of ownership six months later and hundreds of dollars later. WE will sue and file a complaint. This place is a total joke. Notice the only positive comment is from a guy who works there. They will only sell cars to military and purposely rip them off. They even pay active duty service members to bring in military friends so they can sell them cars. I wonder how the military would like it, if they knew their men were making extra (untaxed) cash selling cars under the table. Hmm!

this place may not be the cheapest in town but u will recieve excellent customer service..as far as trying to get a good deal on the car they always discount cars from retail value and give most for trade in ..dont liesten to other peolpes opinion go there and get ur own ..

If you are in the Military stay away from here. They do not care that you are willing to put your life on the line for them to do business they only care about their bottom line. My son fresh out of high school fresh in the Navy tried to get a truck from them after they made him feel like they really took care of the military well he had the truck for a month & they made him bring it back b/c they couldn't secure his financing. Shame on them for that... I hope he never goes back there I told him not to but he is on his own.

This place will rip you off. – These people we're not friendly. They do not have prices anywhere on there vehicles. Their establishment is filthy. They will rip you off. I have spoken to numerous military people who have gone there and purchased a car only to find out they paid more than 3 thousand dollars over the value of the car and that there cars' engine was in poor condition. DO NOT go to this car dealership expecting anything good.

Honest and Friendly – I've never enjoyed the car buying experience until I came to SouthWestern Auto Brokers. They were nice, honest and friendly. I recommend them to everyone.
