After a recent break-in that left an entire glass panel shattered, Alex went above and beyond to help us during a very difficult time. Have been calling to come repair window that was installed improperly but are not responsive. I understand I missed an appointment and have been trying to reschedule before warranty runs out. This has been since I moved into new home in Sept.
