After a recent break-in that left an entire glass panel shattered, Alex went above and beyond to help us during a very difficult time. Will compleete a review whe 2 sliders on sliding glass door and repaired with non gas leaking windows. in the Master BRI am needing someone to come measure for this pupose. Have been calling to come repair window that was installed improperly but are not responsive. I understand I missed an appointment and have been trying to reschedule before warranty runs out. This has been since I moved into new home in Sept.
