If you have never been there or not from St.George, it is hard to find. Directions take you to a small mall parking area, but no signs stating which building is the health district. The main sign is hidden by another building, so it is difficult to see.

Called asking about food manager Proctor test. They only do it with Serve Safe. Was a bit disappointed as it would be over 5x the cost of the regular. Statefoodsafety is half of ServeSafe. Makes it not worth it unless you're offered a manager position before obtaining your CFPM. Definitely worth thinking over and exploring options. UPDATE: 2/25/26 passed my Food manager. I did not get a new card. They told me they'll add it in the system. Maybe it's a new procedure that differentiates from listed operations.
