The health care providers are exceptional! The physicians are very caring, friendly and informative; the facility is neat and accommodating. They made us feel comfortable in every way. I will definitely keep this place in mind should I have to return.
3yrs ago today I was admitted into the ER with little to no wait. I was losing my vision among other problems I got a room quickly and the staff and drs got right to testing me to find out what was wrong with me. The week i spent there they took great care of me and found the problem for my issues. They were very comforting and willing to help anyway possible at any time of my stay.

I got into the ER at 5pm and I'm still waiting on results at 9:20pm.. Patients who walked in after me has gone back into rooms while I'm still stuck in the waiting room. Labs were done and a chest tray was done (For what? I have no clue) but results doesn't take 4 hours to come back! I've gone up and asked questions and I got smart condescending answers. I will NEVER recommend this hospital to anyone! I'm not even from this slum but I guess that's what I get for thinking San Antonio had some hospitals with substance.
I am still here in the emergency room since 7:00am this morning. Horrible experience ever! I am not sick, bringing someone and feel so bad for many here.
the nurses are rude and inconsiderate! the wait times are ridiculous. Have been here since 6pm yesterday it is now 6:10 am the next day and were still in waiting room. I asked hpw much longer amd there are still 10 people ahead of us. ugh! never again!!!!!
Thank you all for my prayers......my surgery went as planned. No colon resection ..... no stoma. � Doctor came by yesterday and brought me the images I had requested.....and told me she sent my specimen to frozen section. My uterus and ovaries were in a ball of endometrial scar tissue. They still couldn't find the right ovary in that mess. The anterior fibroid on my uterus looked like another uterus stacked on top. This place sucks , I went in at 11am and didn't get seen till about 2-3 am , and even at that they put me down as me having a headache , when I originally told them I came in due to me having seizure symptoms the night before ... DONT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE , you could die here by how poorly they tend to you , and the wait time is ridiculous ...
The physicians Here are excellent. Bedside they are attentive and understanding with concerns family members have. The nursing staff in endoscopy is beyond what I was expecting. Excellent people! God bless them
