After living two years in Eagle Pass I've Decide To Get My Glasses Here! And to Be Honest They're the Best! The Optician Joe Martinez Did an outstanding Job! I'm satisfied Thank You For Your Job. Anyone That Is Trying To Get Glasses i Suggest You To Come Here And Trust me You'll leave Delightful And You will be Enjoying Your New Glasses!
For the location our family was pleasantly surprised. Learned not to judge a book by its cover ;) A good lesson too because the ophthalmologist and opticians were phenomenal. Wait time is the only reason for 4 stars vs 5. Maybe we still need to learn that good things come to those who wait, ha!
I made appt and gave my insurance info. At my appt they made me wait about an hr to let me know the specialist was not in but would reschedule me. They didn't want to give me an excuse for my other son that I had to pull out of school too because no one else could pick him up after school. Okay, I understand but didn't have to be so rude. Took him again, same story after an hr of waiting they told my ex husband the specialist was not in had to reschedule AGAIN.
