Polite & professional staff. I've had both hands addressed for carpal tunnel (one in August '25 the other Oct '25) and have no regrets about either decision. Dr. Fahrenkopf also addressed a trigger finger issue on this 2nd surgery. Recovery is going well again, and just 72 hours after the last procedure I have great range of finger motion and bruising is nearly gone.
They were so helpful, kind and explained everything along the way. Follow up call after 3 days to make sure everything was going well.
The staff was great. Very friendly and attentive. I felt very comfortable and safe. They explained everything they were doing and always asked if I had any questions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
