I had an adult tonsillectomy at this surgical center, and the entire process from start to finish was smooth and well organized. Every staff member was clear, informative, and compassionate throughout the experience. The nurses and staff were incredibly kind and supportive before, during, and after my procedure. They even commented on how well I came out of anesthesia, and I truly believe that was possible because of the excellent care and reassurance this wonderful team provided. The Southwest Surgical Center is amazing. I had a total knee replacement (left) on 07/28/2026. The staff was very warm and welcoming right from the start with the Medical Receptionist all the way through until your discharge. Everyone was very knowledgeable. Each Medical staff that entered your surgical room introduced themselves with their name, position and how they were going to be helping you or what they needed or if you needed anything.
