I had a reverse shoulder joint replacement and could not be more pleased with both the service provided and the outcome of my procedure. The surgery center staff were excellent from reception to surgery prep to recovery. Absolutely first rate experience - I recommend them 100%
I am sure the practice is great. However if you are a veteran in need of services do not opt for this center. We were scheduled for surgery for 2 months, we received a call 2 days before surgery stating that surgery was canceled because they do not work with the VA. Everyone I spoke to was helpful. However this leaves a bad taste in my mouth... refusing to care for our service men and women.
Don't expect the doctor be on time.... Surgery was scheduled for 9am and we did not even see the surgeon until 10:15am... They had way to many surgeries scheduled. Based on the check-in board when I got there at 830am they were already behind and there were 3 other surgeries before mine. If the office is going to be this far behind they need to tell people before they arrive
They did a wonderful job when I had my double carpal tunnel surgery. Even better, is when I called about dealing with my workman's comp. They were so friendly and said they would handle everything.
