Excellent experience at Southwest surgery with Dr. Rizzo and his staff. Filling out the paperwork, setting the appointment and consult for an upcoming procedure was very professional. Dr. Rizzo answered all my questions and the procedure was explained thoroughly. Yes, my procedure took place at the surgery center where everybody was very professional and made me feel at ease. After my procedure, I had a wonderful follow up phone call from Jacqueline to check how I was that afternoon.
Intelligent professional knows his profession ! He took my appendix out emergency an it went perfect!! I was so scared I didn’t know him but I left the same day of operation ready to get on road to Texas! Thank you Doctor!!!
Very clean and nice office clerks were nice and friendly. Then you find yourself alone with the smartest person in the room Dr. Tseng with his poor attitude, dont ask any question because he does not have the time. I was told the piece of meat hanging out of my body does not need to operated on. I was told it not a hernia and he rubbed some black tar looking stuff on it. Here I back at square one no help my innards coming outward but the only difference now is it owe this office for ever having to deal with Dr. Tseng. I know... read more
WOW! Went in to get paperwork for next week appt. Took care of me that day. So I did not have to come back .Jaclyn an Jovanna. What wonderful customer service. Highly recommend ! Dr Rizzo has been my Doc for 2 colonoscopy’s. They really treat you right. Thanks for a really nice experience !
