Not sure about the other doctors, but DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT select dr Hecox as your option if you want any kind of interaction with your surgeon. Saw Dr. Hecox ONCE before surgery, he didn’t consult with us after surgery, and the follow up was with a nurse. His incision split open today so he called Dr. Hecox office to get an appointment, they placed him on hold for almost 10 minutes to come back on the line and tell him he needs to make an appointment with his PCP, He calls his PCP and tries to make an appointment with th... read more
Dr. Ferguson, BSW, and all the staff were awesome. I'm thankful for them all. It meant so much to us that Dr. Ferguson came in to pray with us before the surgery. Dont ever change. I recommend them to everyone!
Warm & friendly, seems they work as s team
I had surgery to remove a Morton's Neuroma, and barely 2 months in, I'd say it's been life-changing. Every part of the experience was great, and I FINALLY have relief after years of pain and having to limit activities (not to mention shoes!). If you're on the fence about neuroma surgery, see Dr. Bednarz! You won't regret it!
Service, hospitality, professional and courteous
They ask you to get there 15 mins before your actual appointment so you sit in the waiting. Then they take you back to an exam room and you wait even longer. I have other things to do with my time!! If you want me to be courteous to your schedule then be courteous to mine!!!
