Extremely disappointed in this office. I called at 8am to get my dad seen due to a fall the night before which resulted in a broken shoulder. Was told they could see him in a week. When expressed that would not work and I just wanted someone in the office to look at the xrays, I was then told Dr Ellis was given the referral from the ER Dr & he would have to say it was “ok” for someone else to see my dad & he was in surgery until noon. RecommendedThis is the second time. They had to reschedule my appointment. With the office on the third floor for the spine doctor Because my virginal pointment. Got moved from the 29th. 2 today Which is the 21st? At 9 a.m. They told me it was supposed to be 9:15. Then she tried to tell me it was for 9:30. After the fact they cannot make up their mind. I've been there plenty of times and it is Really Helpful. They are so nice and professional. I've had 3 different Physical Therapist and Each one was wonderful! really helped me get back on the road to recovery!
