I saw Dr. Jex at the Holiday location, from start to finish my appointment was seamless! The nurse that called me back was so friendly and very efficient. When the doctor came in he was very friendly and thorough, he explained everything to me in a way that I understood and unlike the last spine clinic that I had gone to, this clinic did not make me feel like I was a drug addict! Excellent service and thoughtful communication
I felt the office was inviting and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth. The visit with the doctor and the assistant went well. I felt like they listened to my concerns, acknowledge them, and then set me up for a course of treatment.
