Our experience with Southwest Rain Gutter Supply has been nothing short of a nightmare. The level of dishonesty and irresponsibility we encountered is astounding. The office staff alone raised red flags — unprofessional, evasive, and completely unwilling to take ownership of their mistakes. This company got its start by working for a direct competitor, then using family money to open their own shop right next door — only to turn around and poach their old employer’s customers and employees.
