I should have read the review writtenby C.Zygmunt. They returned my call only to schedule an appointment. I brought the issues with the phone on the website to the lady at the front desk attention and she asked me to see the number that was in question but not to dial the number.
I have been to Southwest Podiatry once–during March–pre DC stay-at-home. I paid my co-pay before I saw the physician; soon thereafter is when the "Payment Due" reminders started coming (e.g. mail, call, SMS, e-mail). In March & April I spoke to a Southwest Podiatry representative, she assured me during the 2nd and 3rd calls that this issue was resolved–I did not owe money–that it was a system error.
