Every branch of this clinic is ridiculous. ALL of the new patients have a 2-3 HOUR wait time IN THE WAITING room to see the doctor because this clinic is so money hungry they can't quit accepting new patients. When I asked why the wait was so long, I was told bc they schedule 5-6 appts at the same time and they only have a few rooms. Do NOT GO to any of these branches unless you are prepared to wait for several hrs in the waiting room, and then even longer when they take you back. Dr Jones has no bedside manner, he is mean and abrasive. 1 year ago told me I needed a knee replacement I elected a scope at his recommendation. Now almost 2 years later he states there is something wrong with my Brain and I need a Neurologist to fix my knee. I believe he does not support our military and just did want to help me or deal with Tricare. Don't be fooled see a different surgeon.
Waiting room was filthy, waited 1 1/2 hrs to be seen by a nurse who was continuously rolling her eyes, moldy smell and dirty rooms.
Best in the State of Oklahoma!!! If you have to have shoulder surgery I would definitely recommend Dr. Levings!! He did an awesome job on my son and was very personable and a nice person!!! Was very impressed!!
It must be said that the staff here at Southwest Orthopedics & Reconstructive Specialists are top-notch. So attentive, kind, thorough, and skilled. The facility is excellent and no matter my question or need it was handled professionally, with kindness and dignity. A very special thank you to my recovery nurses-Benton, Melissa, and Lupe-you guys are awesome! Thank you for taking such good care of me.

I have had three left knee surgeries done with Dr. Cruze. I have been seeing him since 2006 and I wouldn't have it any other way! All the staff is extremely helpful and friendly (front desk, brace fitting team, rehabilitation team, surgery center team) they never fail to amaze me...
