Awesome place. I got right in and out. Staff was nice and helpful.
It was a little longer than I thought but they had great customer service and they were so nice. I broke my knee and they took great care with me. My doctor was so nice and explained everything for me. Ill be glad to go again and refer anyone here.
Read the other reviews and don't understand the attitudes of the negative ones.... I'm currently recovering from shoulder surgery performed by Dr Levings and my experience with this business has been beyond outstanding. From my first phone call till today everyone has been professional, caring and friendly. They've never hounded me for money nor have I waited for more than 15 min at any appt. I highly recommend SOS for any orthopedic problem you have! !!!
I absolutely hated this trip. My appointment was for 9:30 am. I checked in at 9:11 am. I walked out at 10:05 am. Granted the place is extremely busy. My time is important...hence the established appointment time for 9:30. Dr. Langerman had cancelled on my two times prior to this. My patience level was already full. Will never go back. If you don't get it, I was never called back to see the doctor.
Awesome staff and doctors. My daughter and I have both been to doctors and they have helped so much.
The staff and dr's are really good at what they do they have done my 2 elbow surgerys and have a wonderful job of trying to get me well from mrsa in my elbow they have so far they did a great job on me elbow they took the time to explain everything and let us what was going on my mom went to them for her hand Dr adham did a great job for her and dr avant has done a great job with my elbow
Staff seems clueless on what the hell they're doing. Dropped off paperwork for Dr to sign and was told it'd be ready next day. Showed up and some woman, didn't grab her name but she's about 6'2" with dark hair, YELLED at me in front of everybody in the waiting room. She didn't give a crap about my husband or the paperwork he HAS to have for his surgery. We are a military family. So last second stuff is NOT ok with the base. We took papers up there as soon as we got them. A week in advance and they can't do their job in less ... read more
