I cannot recommend this office highly enough! The staff is always helpful, warm and genuine. My husband and I have both seen Patrick Vergel De Dois and we LOVE him! He’s very attentive and truly listens to try to get to the bottom of things. I never feel rushed or brushed off. Thank you for a good experience every time!
THey keep their appointment times; APRN Roxy is very knowledgeabe and listens with respect; Dr. del la Riva keeps in touch and is very thorough; the front desk staff is polite, observe patient privacy, and are helpful. Even paying your copay is a pleasant experience! I LOVE this office!
This office puts their patients first. Southwest Orlando Family Medicine has the most attentive, caring staff and physicians! They keep their patients well informed with the patient portal and offer exceptional care.
Visiting doctors offices always tend to make me anxious, but my visits to this practice have lessened that anxiousness. Whether I go for routine checkups or for more serious matters, I find that the doctors and care staff are truly invested in my healthcare. The doctors are knowledgeable and compassionate, and the staff are attentive and professional. Also, I can access any lab results and visits online, so I can skip having to call for any minor questions.
This is by far the best office of happy and caring staff. They truly care about my health. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Evelyn is a great P.A. And gives you her time and listens. She has your best interest at heart and I love going to this office.
Great doctors. Great facility. Pleasant and professional staff. I had an emergency and they fit me right in. Highly recommended!
