I've lived in Orlandi over 20 years. I've had to change Doctors offices repeatedly. Doctors move away, or divorce their partner/spouse, offices close down, etc. I'm so glad I finally found SWOFM. The medical staff and office staff are extremely helpful and respectful. And they are so very organized which I really appreciate. Tania Berrios is my PA and I love her. HORRIBLE!!! rude staff and you are not a priority at all! They say they will mark your situation as urgent when you call with a problem and have it reviewed by a doctor, nurse, etc. and no one ever calls back!. Do NOT go to this practice. Its just a business and all they want is your money. They don't care about you! With the price of healthcare as high as it is these days, this is not the kind of service you expect or deserve from a healthcare provider.
