I've been going here for years but hadn't come since Covid started. I scheduled an appointment for 11/3/20 went in, I was checked in with my negative covid test from 10/29 I got my vitals taken by the nurse and the nurse went to get the nurse practitioner only to come back very apologetic saying the practitioner didn't feel safe seeing me because I work in a healthcare facility. RecommendedI have been going to this practice for over 30 years. They are always friendly and informative. Very happy with the froth over the years that allows them to have a Dermatologist, Allergist and Women’s Heath Specialist all in the same office.

Be prepared to wait well beyond your appointment time, even for early appointments. I waited a total of an hour both times just to be seen for my early morning appointments. Additionally, they doctors don't spend much time and give much care for patients. If you want your questions answered thoughtfully and for your exams to be done with care, go somewhere else. They also will bill you for services that did not occur and then give you the runaround on the phone. Find another doctor - they are not here to help you. They just ... read more
It saddens me to say they have gotten to big for their own good. Patient care has declined, too many PA’s playing doctor and no one knows what is going on with your health. Referrals never get sent, refills are forgotten and no care coordination with other providers.
Today I was in pain and I showed up to see if they could see without any appointment and they made everything possible for me to be seen. All the staff were amazing and special shout out to Bryan Roy,who saw me today. I have been coming to Southwest Family for years and I recommend it to everyone.
I pulled my whole family from this place when on a single visit they chared me a double CoPay. We asked them to explain but after a few phone calls by my wife and I asking for an explanation, all they could say is a cookie-cutter and veg answer.
