I am writing to express my concern regarding an interaction that took place this morning, August 26, 2025, around 8:40 AM at your front desk with a staff member named Sean. From the front desk checking in with Sean to discharge with Tre Q, everything was great. Went in on a Sunday morning and really did not have to wait any great length of time. Facility was clean and organized. Had an appointment with Rosemary Sabijon, APRN, who was extremely thorough. She had a student, Virginia, with her who was very respectful of my privacy. I seen my Dr. Got blood work done. And got x rays all in 40 minutes.
As usual, I got in quickly. Had XRay & vitals with a prognosis within 35 mins. Staff & Physician treated me with respect & kindness.
