I got right in, and it's very clean and nice.
I arrived 10 minutes early for my 10:40 AM appointment Southwest Medical Siena Heights Adult Medicine. I had already checked in online. After waiting until 11:10 AM, I asked the staff for an update, but nobody seemed to know the status. Unfortunately, I had another meeting and had to leave, even after paying my co-pay. Very disappointing communication and wait-time management. Hoping the clinic improves coordination and keeps patients informed better in the future.
Dustin Randy is an outstanding primary care PA. He is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to clearly explain everything, which I truly appreciate. I never feel rushed during appointments, and he makes sure all of my questions are answered. He is also very responsive through the patient portal, which makes a huge difference when you need guidance or have concerns between visits. I had to make an unscheduled stop at Siena urgent care on Friday April 3rd. Check in was great, but the highlight by far was N.P. Kelsey. She was the best. Very professional, knowledgeable and informative. A huge Thank You to her for making an unpleasant situation so nice. Bravo Kelsey!
