Well it was a doctor's visit. What can you say they got me in and out pretty fast. It's not like the old days when you sit down and spend a 45 minutes with your doctor discussing different ailments or pains and aches that you would have. It's different today remember? Thank you
Called them to get referrals and was on hold for 1 1/2 hours one day and another hour the next day. Their system is a total joke by making customers/patients hold for so long. Can anyone recommend another medical center ?

I got right in, and it's very clean and nice.
I arrived 10 minutes early for my 10:40 AM appointment Southwest Medical Siena Heights Adult Medicine. I had already checked in online. After waiting until 11:10 AM, I asked the staff for an update, but nobody seemed to know the status. Unfortunately, I had another meeting and had to leave, even after paying my co-pay. Very disappointing communication and wait-time management. Hoping the clinic improves coordination and keeps patients informed better in the future.
