I had an appalling experience at this urgent care facility. I came in suffering from textbook severe symptoms: fever/chills, a heavy cough, shortness of breath, extreme fatigue, muscle aches, a bad headache, and a complete new loss of taste and smell. After sitting alone in an exam room for about an hour, a nurse finally came in. Instead of running basic diagnostic tests or evaluating me properly, he dismissively told me to "just go home and drink lots of fluids."
