Horrible experience in urgent care. From being checked in, no personality from the front desk. There was no eye contact or even felt like he wanted to be there. The strange nurse was the same. No personality, didn’t say but 2 words to me. Again, no eye contact. I didn’t feel good I didn’t feel like they wanted to help me or even cared. Very horrible experience in my humble opinion. Spoke to 7 people to no avail and no help! Again in all my years and now a senior citizen my opinion of my personal experience was TERRIBLE!
Very professional. On time appointments with minimum waiting. Very complete facility XRay...Lab on site Great Staff
Had a video call arranged by Dr Landero. Subsequent notification confirmation. Day of appointment called at 6:38am to confirm my appointment for 2pm by someone who could barely communicate and articulate. That's ridiculous. At 8:30 another staff member calls and tells me we can't video call I have to come in. Medicare doesn't cover video calls even though we did one earlier in the year.
