Great place to get taken care of. I have only been to the OBGYN office but it has been a great experience both times I’ve gone. Every person there is so kind and caring in situations that can be uncomfortable or scary.
Horrible costumer service
After searching to find a DO I called in to make an appointment. It's the worst system. You can't call in to the office. You have to listen to everything in the recorded call tree. I selected to get a call back. When I was called back I couldn't connect, pressing 1 wasn't working and the call was disconnected. I called back and went through the recording again. I went threw this location for my entire pregnancy, now when I try to get a copy of my OB medical records they keep saying they don't have a patient record for me. I have been trying for over 4 months now. Very disappointed
Haven't seen doctor in 10+ years until now because of a scare. Staff here have been amazing, PA Dustin Randy was thorough and explained to me everything regarding what was going on and what the steps going forward would be. Very pleased with my experience.
