I called to request blood work, and they told me they would contact a doctor for approval and call me back to let me know if my request was approved. Over a week passed and no one ever called me back. I had to call again, re-explain everything from the start, and at the end of the call the girl said, “Please hold for a survey,” then hung up on me. I have been with this medical group for almost 2 years and I love it, I feel very happy that I have found them. Everyone is is welcoming but, the idea that I have my Doctor, Quest, urgent care and other doctors i. The same building is great

Lets their employees steal belongings. I definitely left my Buc-ee’s water jug there. I left it next to the blood take seat inside the quest diagnostics. I called not even an hour later after realizing I left my water jug. Of course they couldn’t find it anywhere. It’s a huge multi colored Buc-ee’s water jug. It’s a tad hard to miss.
