I've been hiring Southwest Maid 3/4 times for house cleaning, and the service has just been going downhill. The last time I hired them in May, furnitures were left out of place, the kitchen floor was not well swept, and one room was completely untouched. Will not return. Great service and good communication. Was able to arrange quick move-out cleaning with reasonable price. Will consider to return for house cleaning:)

They came in and did a really good job. It was money well spent. I consider the prices to be reasonable. Make sure you get those ladies a nice tip. I’ve heard of tips as low as five dollars each. We can do better than that Houston. Especially considering the fact that they did a really good job. I highly recommend them.

As a first time client the job was completed thoroughly and efficiently although the original quote increased 20% after they started the work and taxes were added when the first quote included it. Recommend confirming flat rates after they become acquainted with your home. Other than that it was good experience.

Needed help fast. Called Asha on Saturday, she and her crew were there on Monday. Cleaned and keft everything so near. Will be using them again. Highly recommend. They do good work.
