I've been a patient of the "Nakata team" for so many years I expect professional, efficient, congenial service. They've never let me down. Cindy, my hygenist, is superb and I'm always a bit blown away at how well they all work together. I especially appreciate how conscious of cost they are and deal with the insurance company (preauth's/billing) for me. Even though I moved across town years ago it's worth it to me to drive back.
Overall very good but felt a little rushed.
It was a 5 star visit.
As usual the quality of teeth clening provided by Cindie was excellant. Also Gail's examinsation & explanation of a possible problem was comprehensive and complete.
I was ushered in within 2 or 3 minutes after my arrival. Cyndy was her usual pleasant, efficient self, Gail's exam was thorough and her recommendations reassuring. Scheduling of follow-up appointments was seamless,as always. In all, a very pleasant experience.
Doctor Nakata and her staff are professional, efficient, and friendly. Her procedures and equipment are state of the art. I'm fortunate to have her and her staff to see to my dental needs.
Very positive and conversational staff makes it fun to be in the dentist office!
Great dentist, has been the dentist I go to since I was a kid, and she's awesome!
An excellent cleaning. Hygienist was thoughtful, conscientous and very diligent. She provided good explanations of what she was doing. A pleasant experince.
