Had a small problem which was addressed with care and concern. Very professional staff.
I have been a patient at Dr. Nakata's since 1985. I think yesterday's visit for a full panel of x-rays, etc., was one of the best experiences there. Kosar was professional, efficient and compassionate to get the best pictures she could while at the same time accomodating my small palate so that I could be as comfortable as possible. That meant a lot to me, Kosar. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and puts you at ease. Dr. Nakata makes sure to let you know to signal if anything hurts....and nothing hurt! The shots with the anesthetic were painless. I felt well taken care of.
