Do not go to south west health center if your child is autistic or needs vaccines. Pretty sad excuse for a doctors office. My daughter is about to be refused from school over vaccines. It appeared we only needed one via what the shot record is saying. I attempted to go get that 1 vaccine but the vaccine in requesting is one she’s already received. I had a great visit with Dr Harmon. She has great bedside manner and made my annual women’s exam a stress free experience. Everyone else I encountered from the front desk to the nurses and lab techs were all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to use this practice for my obgyn needs.
The obgyn’s office never has air, it’s always super hot. the people that work there are rude and untimely. They never call me with my results after an appointment I have to wait to ask them at my next appointment. The lady who draws blood always fishes in my arm sticking me more then three times still not drawing blood causing big knots on my arms being rude. Unprofessional as hell the quality of service over the last 20 years have deffinely gone done. You schedule appointments at certain time expecting to be seen at a certain time for them to be late and have you sitting here for hours.currently I've been sitting here for 2 hours waiting. Why overbook your patients if your quality of service is going to be ass. They expect you to be on time and professional while they are completely unprofessional and extremely late.
