this place is sad… they do not care about you being sick
I've been coming to southwest since i've pretty much been born. Over the years it just keeps getting worse. They make it so hard to get seen or schedule out. You have to call the same day in most cases and be able to miss work if you want to be seen at all instead of just being able to make an appointment. They make everything difficult one person will say yes we can do that then they next one says they can't. You never see your actually doctor its always a nurse.
