ER dept is an absolute joke.... always in a rush to get you out. my son who is only 18 months just was there for shortness of breath wheezing coughing til he pukes. doctor literally spent max of 5 mins with us and says well mama you're just stuck with him feeling like this til it passes. no chest Xray no tests what so ever. I dont know why I waste my time going to them when all they do is make you seem like a burden to them. This is the place where people go to die. One horrific putrid experience after another. Submitted formal complaint with Wisconsin state safety board against Dr. Mitchel Lewis whom pledged a hipocratic oath and did nothing for my father after an hour of being in the EMERGENCY room. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, ever, go somewhere else, your better at a veterinarian than you are there at that circus.

RecommendedI have had physical therapy but have never had such excellent attention that was directly applied for my problem. Breland Prochaska, her assistants, and the office staff were efficient, courteous, and respectful. I would highly recommend the Orthopedic Institute at Southwest Health Center. The quality of care that Breland Prochaska gave to me was above and beyond what I could have ever expected. I'm sure I will need some therapy down the road and she will be my first choice.
