I just had a minor ENT procedure at SHC, and my expectations were exceeded in every way. Thanks so much to my Pre/Post nurse Karla for keeping me informed and comfortable, my OR nurses (Jessica M and Hannah) for keeping me safe during and after the procedure, and to Lee (the CRNA) for building the confidence I needed by spending extra time to fully explain the anesthesia plan. And, of course thanks to Dr. Lister for letting me breathe (literally) again! Great job team!
OUTSTANDING service! My dad had a hip replacement surgery at Southwest. We are so happy this and other great services are being offered here in our small town. Medical staff treated him like he was their only patient. Everyone from nursing to housekeeping to the office staff were helpful in asking us if we needed anything or help finding our way around. Thank you to all!
