*** WORST LENDING COMPANY*** My review is to prepare others of TERRIBLE experiences with companies to save them the time, headache and trouble. Worst experience with a lending company. 5 extensions on a home closing and all because Southwest Funding’s underwriter couldn’t get it together. Still don’t have a closing date and it’s been over 60 days and nothing but lame run around excuses. This was also for buyers who were already “pre-approved” and then it was a constant request for additional information be submitted from ten years ago multiple times.
