Sent Ford vault for console that was a return from a dealership when I paid for new. Did not have all parts from original return that was still marked as returned from Watermark Ford in Marion, Illinois.
Terrible!!!! Shipped $800 GM side steps out that had been repackaged multiple times, half the parts missing, crushed, torn, shredded, returned by fedex because shipping label unreadable. Hot trash guys. Now the local dealership gets to refund me and deal with your mess.
