Southwest Electric is very difficult to work with. The entire process from the start until now has been nothing but a hassle. From not showing up to appointments to numerous unanswered phone calls, failing several inspections and my circuit breaker tripping all the time. Now that I have the solar panels installed my app won't work to monitor the system and now, they want more money to fix that problem and I have only had the solar for 8 months. Southwest Electric installed our solar system. They were very professional during the entire installation process and I couldnt be more pleased with their work. Im glad we got solar through them, **** answered every question and helped us with any concerns we had! Its amazing to see how much we save on our electric bill especially during these hot long *******! I would definitely recommend Southwest Electric to anyone looking to get a solar by panel system.
I was super happy with them but they don't respond to phone calls. My solar **** is about the same as it was previously without solar. Makes no sense at all!!
Critical: Quality, Responsiveness Southwest Electric did our solar installation and it was a disaster. We failed county inspection as they substituted 75*c temperature wiring when the plans called for 90*c.Southwest gave inconsistent answers about the failed inspection and did not return my phone calls as promised. Instead of replacing the incorrect wiring ,they repeatedly argued with the county to accept it. Twenty one days after the initial install, SW finally came back to rewire , but did not bother to fill in the trench ... read more
We had our solar installed by Southwest Electric and they also did electrical work on my panel box. They were very professional at installation and my system is working great. Im glad we got solar, it has been almost a year and my electric **** was minimal during the summer and I got a lot of credit from APS in the spring.
