Southwest Dermatology is AWFUL My experience with SWD is this. Dr. Hickey is an old man who spent to much time at sea to actually deal with normal people. The front office staff are a bunch of rude, over doughnutted ladies. Find another dermatologist or prepare to be treated badly and never have a appointment time met.
Nice and friendly I like the way the doctor and nurses treat me and people at the front desk are so good. Thank you!
Southwest Dermatology is the most improved Dr.'s office Since the PA Mr. Hickey left Southwest Dermatology Institute.Dr Safko treats all the patients he is a very smart well trained MD who cares about making you better.The Staff is happier and there is a frendly family atmosphere. Best Dermatologist I have been seeing Dr. Safko for a few months I have Psoriasis...I've seen almost every Dermatologist in town. Dr. Safko 's special laser treatments have changed my life. The staff is amazing! Nice looking and professional. He cares and makes a difference.
Good Service We like Southwest Dermatology, but Mr. Hickey has a horrible bedside manner. You ask him a question and he makes you feel like you are stupid for not already knowing the answer. The staff are all pleasant and we got good results, but Mr. Hickey needs a lesson in people skills.

Horrible Doctor Office Visit This was one of the worst doctor office visits I have ever encountered. First off my appointment was at 2:15 and I arrived at 2:00. After waiting 35-45 minutes after my scheduled appoitment, they finally called me back, where they had me get undressed for the exam. I then sat there for another 45-50 minutes before the doctor decided to come in and have a 2 minute look.
