Oh my gosh, Sherri Caspers is an angel, I was so anxious and she was so calming! Such a sweet, truly caring person. Dr. Hull was so knowledgeable and also very calming. I had a small tongue biopsy and they were super thru the entire procedure. I would recommend Southwest Oral Surgery to everyone, you just don't find people this kind and caring everywhere. Very special staff, including the front office.
My mother-in-law, Alma, is 86 years old and very frail. She had a bad tooth ache and we had difficulty finding an oral surgeon to remove the bad teeth right away. In this case, we were very blessed when we found Dr. Hull's office. His assistant, Anna, was very comforting, explaining the process and even providing a blanket for Alma as she was cold. I arrived numb from the endodontist for an emergency tooth extraction. Ana and Dr Mansfield were so very kind, gentle and reassuring. With just a little more pain killer, I was on my way home in less than an hour after my arrival. Dr Mansfield followed up with an evening call to check my status. I am feeling MUCH better today!!!
