Everyone was very friendly and explained everything clearly. Faith had a tooth exposed to bring it down from roof of mouth into line with teeth for her braces. Thanks everyone.
Dr. Buch and Dr. Mansfield have taken care of both me and our children. Everyone is always so friendly. Today I was there for a follow up appointment and was greeted by name by Fawne and then Dr. Buch's assistant, Regina, was great at taking my post-procedure x-rays and explaining everything to me. I have referred many of my friends to this office, and I always hear the same positive comments.
Dr. Buch and the entire staff are fantastic. I broke my jaw and had to have it wired shut. Dr. Buch explained the entire procedure and made sure we understood all our options. When I went in to have the surgery everyone was very caring and tried to make me as comfortable as possible. Dr. Buch called to check on me that night to make sure I was doing ok. From the time I made our 1st consultation, (for our teenage daughter, 15) till the day of actual surgery. The front office staff are extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. To Dr Hull and his surgical assistants. We were walked through every step of the procedure, and what to expect (before, during and after) Not to mention receiving a call from Dr Hull that evening to check in our daughter. Dr. Hull has done two procedures for me in the last year. He and his staff, including Kathy, went above and beyond to ensure a positive outcome for me. Dr. Hull was concerned about what is for me a normal heart condition but for anybody else might look like a real heart problem. He postponed the initial procedure to check with my cardiologist to make sure it was safe to proceed even though it was inconvenient for him at the time.
