Curious if you park customer vehicles under vehicles on a lift.. left overnight.. Not very happy with my experience.
RecommendedGave my new to me 2015 BMW 335i a free inspection, even though I told them it was still under the CarMax 30-day warranty and they would have to fix any problems they found! More than impressed! Thanks! I'll be back for service when it is time!

Went in today to have my 328i checked out because the dealership and Tire Works told me that I needed a/c blower, bushings, tie rod, link pins etc. Spoke to Shane and it was immediately different than other places. Shane actually lays it all out and is straight up with you. He's not worried about getting you out the door, takes your money and on to the next, he takes the time to actually explain what he's doing and doesn't treat you like a schmuck. They rock. They treated my Army Veteran Father the way you should treat a vet. Gave him a break on the bill and everything. These bunch of guys are the real deal and they work with integrity, skill, and honor. The way any damn mechanic should. (My opinion) This bunch if gearheads are Goin places....big places. Salute!
