There must be all new staff. My adult daughter has been trying to get her Latuda refilled. She keeps getting the run around....talking with so many different people....she is on her second day without her meds! She has a doctor appointment in July 1. She cannot go that long. NO ONE IS HELPING HER. Plus, the doctor she will be seeing is new. This will make the third doctor she has been assigned to her in two years. Never has she been so badly treated. I highly recommend going here . The staff is friendly. They offer a lot of different groups . I've been to a few mental health places and hands down Southwest behavioral is the best place.
Been here a few times now and love the place. All the employees are amazing. Quick and easy to get in and very helpful with all my needs.
