The staff may be friendly and understanding but they are liars and cheaters from a business perspective. I have 2 dogs that I bring to them. One needed shots that was supposed to cost me a little over $100 but by the time he was ready for pickup my bill tripled because of services they took upon themselves to perform WITH OUT CONSULTING ME OR APPROVAL!!
