We had our dog Mia there . When we picked her up she was sick , had diarrhea and was a total mess covered in her own waste . We used them as our Vet also. We are not from here and thought we found a good place for our Mia. They gave us some medicine and said they had been understaffed. Charged us for the whole time without any apology. I was so mad I just took her home and found another Vet. If I was a different person I would of got a lawyer.
They helped my cat when we went there for an emergency and they had found something in her ear canal that was hurting her then they gave us ear fluid to get it out and it came a couple weeks later once we started using the stuff that the doctor gave us. Now she is back to her normal self and i thank them for that�
Even though my cat was a terror to work with �.....Dr. Roe did an amazing job!!
They are so caring and so good with my fur babies!!
Thank you swah staff for such wonderful care. My two new family members are glowing. I miss and celebrate the ones who have passed, and enjoy each day with my family of creatures great and small. Hugs to all. K8
