Liesbeth, I am sorry you feel that you or your son was not treated well. Do to HIPPA I can not talk about any specific patient and so will respond in general. The bedside manner that is portrayed at Christensen Orthodontics is not a fake lets please everyone type of manner. If there are patients that are either non compliant with their dental hygiene, then we are going to tell them straight up what is going to happen with their teeth and treatment do to pour oral hygiene. We LOVE Dr. Christensen and his staff! Always willing to help and answer questions, even when they weren't technically open! I cannot stress how awesome their customer service is, and how genuine they are.

My Son Dawson had his first appointment with Dr.Christensen today in Grangeville.He and the staff are an absolute joy! I am excited to see Dawson's progress as his journey begins Feb.17th :-)
