I <3 Dr. Kariann Ruff at Southway Animal Clinic. When she talked with my husband and I about my dog, Lilly, possibly having a low thyroid level, I was concerned. Dr. Kariann Ruff told me that the blood test is only $40 and we did find out that she has a low thyroid. Dr Ruff was fantastic with our less than social kitty Blossom. The prices were reasonable too.
I called Southway Animal Clinic yesterday afternoon, and they were able to set up an appointment for me today. They were super welcoming and spent a good amount of time loving on my Kiara and making her as comfortable as possible. They made sure to explain everything to me and that I didn't have any other questions or concerns. Everyone was so friendly and good to me and my girl. I was charged for a IV and they never gave it to her plus they charged me $73.00 for IV fluids and catheter when I only authorized $60.00. I am a retired RN there are no marks where they shaved for the IV. No tape no marks nothing..they are highway robbery liars! $281. For a non complicated spay they said she was coming out of heat. 28 pound dog who is 1 year old. They never fed her or gave her water cause she ate like she starving when she came home and no water cause she drank a bowl of water!
The staff are always knowledgeable, professional and kind. Dr. Ard takes the time to explain everything and goes out of his way for the best possible care for my kitties.
They treat you as if your pet was your child. We have been through allot of trauma before finding Dr. Ard.
They care about my fur family, and our human family's health.
